Hello, I’m Eileen McGeoghegan. I am a Democrat running for State Representative in the 72nd District of Missouri. I have worked teaching children with special needs in our public schools and just began teaching 4th grade English and reading. School safety and support for education are two of my major issues. The deep cuts made to public education in Missouri are having drastic consequences. As a teacher, mother, and grandmother, I’ll make sure the state doesn’t shortchange our children.
I will also be a fierce advocate for seniors, defend working families, be a voice for the disabled, veterans, raising the minimum wage, and equal pay, among other goals. I am also the only candidate who has pledged not to accept gifts from lobbyists.
Please help send a public school teacher to Jefferson City, Tuesday August 7. If you would like a yard sign or to help, call me at (314) 550-6893. If you would like to make a donation to our campaign please use the donation button below. Thank you!
